Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cups multi grain flour


  • 1/2 cup baajra flour


  • 1/2 cup oats flour


  • 1/2 cup green fenugreek leaves chopped


  • 1/2 cup spinach levaes chopped


  • 1/4 cup green garlic leaves chopped


  • 1/4 cup green coriander leaves chopped


  • 2 tbsp ginger chilli garlic paste


  • 1/2 cup curd or thick buttermilk


  • Salt 2 tsp


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  • 1 tsp red chilli


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp jaggery or sugar


  • Oil 1 cup


  • Water 1/4 cup (or as required)

Directions

  • Take a broad pan. Add all flours. And mix well.
  • Add oil, all spices
  • Add buttermilk and All chopped leafy greens.
  • Mix well and bind dough. Grease with oil. Do not overknead.
  • Make Small balls out of the dough.Roll out in a thick Dhebri.
  • Cook on Tawa like we do with paranthas..erve hot with chutney and pickled chilli.
